Currents and sediment transport

Our investigation of seafloor dynamics provides detailed analysis and assessment of the complex interactions between ocean currents and sediment transport on the seafloor. Using advanced technology, we gather historic bathymetric data to map and compare the state of the coastline at different times between several years. In this way we find the course of changes in erosion and deposition.

Specific data on currents is retrieved via a profiler and then analyzed for a more in-depth investigation. All reports contain aerial photography of the site and its’ noticeable currents.
